  Fresh space: Future, Fresh, Inclusive, Bright, Friendly vs traditional malls. High ceilings: 3D space; silver aluminum, gray terrazzo, white base (restrained) center on products. Greenery softens futuristic materials (tech+comfort). It lifts stay time/joy; "Bg weak, products bold" makes ingredients pop, boosting desire.
